The Paxton Net2 Watchprox (698-574) is designed to be attached to a watch or bracelet for easy access through Net2 system controlled doors. The Watchprox tokens are supplied in packs of 10.Available Colours:Silver (698-574SL)Black (698-574BL)To issue a Watchprox token you will need to enter the intended user’s details using the PC software. The token number is then registered by presenting the Watchprox to the desktop reader. Once programmed into the software the token is ready for use. Simply present the token to a reader, the access permissions will be instantly looked up and access granted or denied as appropriate. Paxton tokens use Hitag2 technology with proprietary encoding which includes an authentication protocol in the form of a password exchange between the token and the reader. The Paxton10 Hands-free Keyfob uses Bluetooth® technology to support contactless, hands free range up to 10 metres from the reader. Operation – To issue the keyfob, the user information can be entered into the Paxton10 web-based application. The keyfob is easily added to the system by presenting the fob to a compatible Paxton10 desktop reader – use 010-387. When the fob is in readable vicinity of a reader then it will grant or deny access as per the configuration in the application. Should the battery fail then there is an override on these fobs which enables close use (within 10cm) and it will operate as a standard fob. In operation, a token is read by holding it in close proximity to the reader. Once the token is read, the control unit checks the access permissions of the user and grants or denies access accordingly.
