Zebra ZXP Series 7 800077-740EM YMCKO Colour Ribbon (250 Prints)

Zebra ZXP Series 7 YMCKO Ribbon Overview

The Zebra 800077-740EM is a full colour YMCKO ribbon for the Zebra ZXP Series 7 card printer, and each roll gives up to 250 prints. The ZXP Series 7 only works with Zebra True Colours ix Series ribbons. Each roll carries an RFID tag, and the printer reads it to authenticate the ribbon and set itself up automatically.

• Manufacturer code: 800077-740EM
• Prints per roll: 250
• Panels: Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black, Overlay
• Compatible printer: Zebra ZXP Series 7
• Supplied with: card cleaning roller

The yellow, magenta and cyan panels combine to print photos, images and logos in full colour. The black resin panel prints crisp text and sharp barcodes. The overlay then finishes each card with a clear protective layer that helps prevent fading and wear. That ensures these printer ribbons produce quality single-sided photo ID cards, staff badges and membership cards in one pass.

Choosing the Right ZXP Series 7 Ribbon

If you print in larger batches, the 800077-742EM YMCKO ribbon (750 prints) gives you three times as many cards per roll and fewer ribbon changes. For dual-sided cards with a barcode or terms on the back, the 800077-748EM YMCKOK ribbon adds a second black panel for the reverse. Black print won’t show up well on dark or coloured blank cards, so those need the 800077-709EM white ribbon (2500 prints). However, for full colour photo ID printed in smaller runs, the 740EM is the roll to keep on the shelf.
