Paxton Net2 USB Desktop Reader (514-326)

The Paxton Net2 desktop reader, sales code 514-326, sits next to the PC and plugs into a USB port. It is used to add tokens to a Net2 system and to identify lost tokens.

• Reads Paxton and EM tokens, plus MIFARE tokens (UID only).
• Powered from the USB port at 5V, 100mA. No other connections are needed.
• Presenting a new token opens the Net2 new user wizard with the card number filled in.
• Presenting a known token brings up that user's record.
• Operating temperature 0°C to +55°C. Not moisture resistant.
• Measures 115mm x 75mm x 19mm.

It does not read magnetic stripes. For magstripe cards Paxton offers the proximity and magstripe version, 350-910.
