About The Fermax Proximity Key Ring This is a genuine Fermax proximity key fob (reference 4515), using 125kHz EM technology. It has no batteries and needs no maintenance, each fob carries its own printed identifier and logo, so it can be added to your access control system's records manually if needed rather than only through an enrolment reader. Minimum order quantity is 10. Is This the Right Fob for Your System? Fermax makes proximity fobs in three different technologies, and they aren't interchangeable. This one is EM (125kHz). If your system runs on MIFARE (13.56MHz), Fermax's own MIFARE keyring (reference 52740) is the correct fit instead, and for higher-security DESFire EV3 setups, reference 4532 is the one to use. Before ordering, confirm which technology your existing readers and controllers are built for, since a fob in the wrong format simply won't read. If you need help, please contact our expert team who can help you find the right fob for your system. About Fermax Fermax is a Spanish manufacturer of door entry, video intercom, and access control systems, widely used across residential and commercial buildings in the UK and internationally. Their access control range spans proximity readers, keypads, and controllers across EM, MIFARE, and DESFire technologies, so most existing access control setups have a genuine, compatible Fermax option available...
