I don't know who supplied our access control cards and tokens and need some more, how can I resolve this?
Call AddaCard on 01604 671497, we have over 30 years of experience in this industry and we should be able to recognise your card or token from a photograph and if not we have a range of reading technology at our disposal that we can use to identify the origin of your device from a sample that you can send to us.
Please use recorded delivery of Royal Mail "special post" when sending items to us - we will read the data in the card or token and then return it to you with the relevant information and a quotation for supply.
My Paxton Access Control System uses key fobs that have a GREEN band around them, can I use the Paxton fobs with a blue band around them and save money?
Unfortunately not, the Paxton Net2 key fobs with the blue band (part number 695-644) are coded for a different system and will not work with "stand-alone" Switch2 and Compact systems that use fobs with an AMBER, GREEN or RED bands around them.
